The $999 Mission Brief is a 48-hour AI assessment service. It includes a 20-minute assessment call with a cavAIlry officer, a structured intake session with AIrhart (our AI intake agent), a written Mission Brief delivered to your inbox within 48 hours of the intake session, and a free 60-minute debrief call to walk through the Brief and answer questions.
Payment of $999 USD is collected at the time of booking via Stripe. Your card is charged when you confirm your appointment slot. All transactions are secured by Stripe's payment infrastructure.
If your Mission Brief does not earn your confidence — meaning you read it and do not believe it gives you a clear, actionable path forward — we will refund your $999 in full. No questions asked. No friction. You keep the Brief.
To request a refund, email dispatch@cavailry.com within 14 days of receiving your Brief. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
The Mission Brief identifies AI tools and workflow improvements relevant to your specific operation. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or time savings. Results depend on implementation, which remains your responsibility. We are consultants, not operators.
Your Mission Brief is yours. You may share it, implement it, or ignore it — it belongs to you. cavAIlry retains the right to reference the general type of engagement (industry, challenge category, result) as an anonymized case study, unless you request otherwise.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes will be resolved in Ada County, Idaho.
